TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDER PROCESSING

Goods ordered for production are custom made for shipment in approximately 8 weeks. Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled 7 days after placing the order.

PAYMENT TERMS

Orders will be shipped if:
    - they have been paid for in full
    - C.O.D. arrangements have been made
    - prior credit approval is authorized (min 3 month trading period required)
We accept PayPal or all major credit cards

SHIPPING LEAD TIMES

In stock items - will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of order
Back order items - will be shipped out no later than 9 weeks from receipt of order
(products are imported and mostly custom made)

MINIMUM ORDER SIZES

Minimum $200 per shipment
Shipping Prices - Direct:
    - under $1,000 order value - 8% of order value (minimum $5 per shipment)
    - over $1,000 order value    - Shipping is FREE

DROP SHIPPING 

We will gladly drop ship directly to your customers on your behalf so you do not need to front the cost of goods sold or hold your own stock. The following Terms & Conditions will apply for all Drop Shipments:

1. Minimum quantities         - do not apply
2. Order Information            - clearly specify Drop Ship required on order
                                              - please supply us with:
                                                  -      your customer’s Ship To address
                                                  -      exact description of items ordered
3. Shipping charges             - UPS Ground rates will apply
4. Stock Availability             - please check with us before confirming shipment timing with your customers
5. In Stock items                  - will ship within 48 hours of receipt
6. Out of Stock                     - will ship within 6 weeks of receipt of your order and you will be notified accordingly
7. Exchanges & Returns       - item must be received directly from you unused and in the original packaging
                                              - a 4% restocking fee will be charged
                                              - no Exchanges or Returns after 30 days
8. Return Address                - all returns to be authorized by us then shipped prepaid to:

9. Price Disclosure               - we will not reveal pricing with any shipments to your customers
10. Photography & Text         - you may copy images and text posted on our website to assist with your marketing

DROP SHIPMENT CHARGES

Under $500 order value                - 6% of order value (minimum $5 per shipment)
Over $500 order value                  - 4% of order value

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Please request insurance if you would like to have your order covered. In all other circumstances orders will not be insured.

All unconfirmed order prices are subject to change without prior notice

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Jacaranda Living stands behind its products. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange of product within 14 days of receipt of shipment. All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags attached. If you bought your product from a retail distributor, other website, or third party, we cannot handle the exchange for you – please contact the company you bought it through.
