PAYMENT TERMS
Orders will be shipped once they have been paid for in full.
We accept PayPal or all major credit cards.
SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
Items in stock will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Items not in stock will be shipped out no later than 8 weeks from receipt of order (products are imported and mostly custom made).
SHIPPING PRICES - DIRECT
Orders under $50 value - $5 flat rate
Orders over $50 value - FREE
SHIPPING INSURANCE
No shipments will be insured unless specifically requested when ordering. If requested, insurance will be applied to cover shipping only and charges will be added.
GENERAL PRICING
All unconfirmed order prices are subject to change without prior notice.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Jacaranda Living stands behind its products. We will exchange, refund or pass credit in full for any merchandise received that is not to your satisfaction, provided it is returned within 14 days from the initial shipping date. All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags attached. If you bought your product from a retail distributor, other website, or third party, we cannot handle the exchange for you – please contact the company you bought it through. Custom made and/or personalized orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund for obvious reasons.
