Care Instructions
How do I care for my Jacaranda Living sleepwear?
Our sleepwear is made from breathable 100% cotton lawn with lace and embroidery. To keep it for a decade: wash it cold, on a gentle cycle, turned inside out first to protect the lace and embroidery. Cotton does not shrink from water, it shrinks from heat, so keep it cool and it keeps its shape for years. Skip the fabric softener, cotton softens on its own with every wash and softener leaves a coating that makes it less breathable over time. Line-drying is best, gentlest on the fabric and keeps the whites bright. If you use the dryer, keep the heat low and take it out while it is still a little damp. And do not fuss about a wrinkle, these are not meant to look starched and pressed. If you want to iron, do it while it is slightly damp.

Sizing
Women's Sleepwear Size Chart
Our 100% cotton lawn sleepwear is lightweight, breathable, and designed for comfort. Since cotton naturally shrinks after the first wash, we have accounted for this in our sizing. Your nightgown or pajamas may feel roomy at first but will fit just right after washing.
Rather than strict measurements, our sizing is based on natural fit and feel. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up in pajamas for a more relaxed fit.

Children's Dress Size Chart
Our 100% cotton dresses are lightweight, breathable, and designed with comfort and timeless style in mind. Since cotton naturally shrinks slightly after the first wash, we have accounted for this in our sizing. Your child's dress may feel a bit roomy at first but will fit beautifully after laundering.
Rather than strict measurements, our sizing is based on natural fit and ease of movement. If between sizes or if your child is taller than average, we recommend sizing up for longer wear.

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all retail orders in the USA, with no minimum.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping is a flat $15.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is a flat $15 for orders under 2 lbs. For orders over 2 lbs, please contact us at info@jacarandaliving.com and we will help.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products. You may exchange, return, or request store credit within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept soiled or worn items, or returns after 30 days.
How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are free both ways. Request a pre-paid label through the label icon on our Shipping and Returns page.
How do returns work?
Request a pre-paid mailing label through the label icon on our Shipping and Returns page. The label will be emailed to you by the next business day, and $6 for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Ship returns to Jacaranda Living LLC, 177 Worcester St, Suite 302, Wellesley, MA 02481, USA.
What about international returns and exchanges?
International exchanges are sent by your own carrier, and exchange shipping is $10. Please enclose a note with what you would like. International returns are sent by your own carrier to Jacaranda Living LLC, 177 Worcester St, Suite 302, Wellesley, MA 02481, USA, with your invoice or a note with your name and order number inside.
What about sale items and gift cards?
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
What about promotional and bundle pricing?
When you buy with a Buy More, Save More offer or another multi-item promotion, the price you paid depends on keeping the items in that order. If you return part of an order and the items you keep no longer meet the terms of that offer, your refund will be worked out using the price that applies to the items you keep. A promotional discount stays with the order it was used on. It cannot be moved to a different order or added to another offer, unless the promotion says so. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, even when they were bought as part of a promotion.
Gift Wrap
Can I add gift wrapping?
Yes. Gift wrapping is $6.50 per wrap. You can add more than one gift wrap to an order. Shipping is free.
Wholesale
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale terms require a $250 minimum opening order.
