Shipping & Returns
Jacaranda Living proudly stands behind its products. We will exchange, refund or issue store credit for any merchandise you received directly from us that is not to your satisfaction, provided it is returned within 30 days from the date your order was received.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging. We cannot accept items that are soiled, or show signs of washing or wear. Returns cannot be processed after 30 days. Unfortunately, returns that violate our policy will be refused and sent back to you.

- Free shipping both ways for all retail orders. Please request a Pre-Paid Shipping Label by clicking the icon below.
Returns
-If you would like to return any item for a refund:
- please request a Pre-Paid Mailing Label by clicking the icon below.
- a label will be emailed to you by next business day.
- we will deduct $6 from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

- Please mail the item you wish to exchange to us at the address below using your choice of carrier.
- Shipping cost for the exchange is only $10.
