We will exchange, refund or pass credit for
any merchandise received directly from us that
is not to your satisfaction, provided it is
returned within 14 days from the initial shipping date.
All returns must be unused, in the original packaging,
from a smoke-free environment and
have all applicable tags attached.
To start a RETURN pick an option and follow
these easy steps:
Make sure to enclose the invoice that was with your order or a note with your name and order number.
A pre-paid mailing label will be emailed to you.
$5.00 will be deducted from your return credit.
