"This is a beautiful gown. I am a size 8 (34DD) and did not find the arm holes to be too small. The chest panel didn’t fully cover me but still looked flattering. I did end up exchanging for a different style because the hips were very generous and I needed more waist definition for this to be flattering. If there was a waist tie or ruching on the back it might have worked. A small may have been worth trying too."

"Constance is my second nightgown. I consider it true to size. I do not think the armholes are small. They are notably bigger than the Chrissy which I think is equally beautiful and comfortable. I actually tossed it in the dryer for a short time to shrink it a bit. It is now perfect. These gowns are wonderful."

I wear a size small in every other brand, but these are too small. And yes I did check the sizing on your site before ordering. - Is the Constance see through?
- Hi! The Constance has quite a bit of gathering and the smocked bodice, which makes it less transparent than some of our lighter styles. Like all of our white cotton lawn nightgowns, if you stand directly against bright light you may see a slight silhouette, but under normal wear most customers find the Constance provides good coverage and is not overly sheer. 🤍
- Are these nightgowns 100% cotton? Is there rayon or polyester or any other fabric in these nightgowns?
